At CuraVision, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. 14-Day Return Policy

Customers have 14 days from the day after receiving their order to notify us that they wish to return a product.

You may request a return for any reason within this period, including:

  • Receiving the wrong product.

  • Receiving a damaged or defective product.

  • Receiving a product that does not match its description.

  • Changing your mind about your purchase.

For returns under the 14-day right of withdrawal, you do not need to provide a reason.

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs when returning an item under the 14-day right of withdrawal.

CuraVision does not provide free return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, CuraVision will cover the necessary return shipping costs when required by applicable consumer protection laws.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the product and any damage.

Our team will review your request and help arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.

The 14-day reporting request does not limit your statutory warranty rights.

4. Return Conditions

For change-of-mind returns, we ask that products be returned:

  • In their original condition, where possible.

  • With all included accessories.

  • With their original packaging, where available.

  • Securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

If a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

For a valid withdrawal, we will refund the product purchase price and the original standard delivery costs, where applicable.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned product or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

6. Exchanges

CuraVision operates exclusively online and does not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different style or color, you may return your original purchase within the 14-day withdrawal period and place a new order through our website.

  • A new order must be placed for the desired product.

  • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us. We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, at no additional cost to you where legally required.

7. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact CuraVision within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.(Through 'Contact' portal)

  2. Provide your order number and indicate that you wish to return your purchase.

  3. Wait for our return instructions and return address.

  4. Securely package your item and ship it within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
